“Anyway, I’m Katerina Herondale, but most people call me Kat. Nice to meet you.”
“I know its such a shame. Artemis Trang, nice to meet you too.”
“Not everyone thinks like that.”
“I know, which is certainly a shame.”

“Yeah, it’s all in the codex. —- I like your thinking!”
“I don’t let anyone walk over me.”
“No. I cannot. Shadowhunter’s are not supposed to hurt each other! ”“If you say so,” she said, “Although if it were me and he did that again, I would hit him without second thought.”
“Thank you. Finally someone that understands me. —- I told him, he didn’t listen, his problem.” Kat grinned at her. “Good, I wouldn’t have done it anyway. I don’t care if he apologizes or not, I just hope he learned out of this.”
“If he didn’t you could always hit him again,” Artemis said, looking at the shadowhunter amused.
“The only person that is allowed to call me ‘Little Red’ is Dad, and no one else.” Kat said annoyed. She hated it when people around the Institute called her that. The last guy who called her ‘Little Red’ walked out of the trainings room with a bleeding nose five minutes ago. Katerina was looking at him. “I told him three times not to call me that and no, I won’t apologize! He didn’t listen so he has to deal with the consequences now!”
“That’s only fair, you did tell him three times. I would do the same thing if anyone used an endearment of me,” Artemis shrugging, “I don’t expect you to apologize, if anything he should apologize to you.”
“Luckily I can’t get possessed. Makes things easier!”
“Lucky you,” Artemis sighed heavily.
“See, and that’s how we find out who is possessed.“
“That’s at least a plan to weasel out who’s possessed.”
